1、调整时间
2023年7月1日起。
2、调整人群
城乡居民最低生活保障、特困人员基本生活、孤儿基本生活养育和60年代精简退职职工人员。
3、调整规则
对新申请城乡居民最低生活保障、特困人员基本生活、孤儿基本生活养育和60年代精简退职职工生活补助的对象，按照新标准进行审核确认，给予保险、供养或补助;对已在册的城乡低保对象、特困人员、孤儿和60年代精简退职职工按照新标准重新核算低保金、供养金或补助金，并按法规发放到位。
二、2023年沈阳低保标准调整后多少钱一个月?
1、沈阳市城乡低保标准：
由之前的766元/人月提高到793元/人月。这一提高意味着每位符合条件的低收入居民将会获得更多的补助，有助于缓解其基本生活需求。
