据本网小编了解，夫妻征信不好可以取自己的公积金，因为公积金提取的时候往往是不会查看征信的，故而不用担心征信不好无法提取公积金，只要你符合当地公积金提取的条件之一即可申请提取公积金里面的钱，具体以公积金所在地法规为准。
但是需要注意的是，若是要还房贷而申请提取自己的公积金，可能会牵扯到征信的问题，不少地区法规缴存职工通过柜面申请办理偿还商业银行住房贷款提取住房公积金申请业务时，除了需要按照法规提供相应资料外，还应当配合公积金中心，通过《个人信用报告》对提取申请中相对应的商业银行住房贷款记录进行核实，如征信不良，则无法提取。
夫妻征信不好会影响贷款：
借款申请人、配偶和保证人在住房公积金管理系统有下列情形之一的，不予贷款。
【1】借款申请人及配偶任一方曾因住房公积金贷款被住房公积金管理中心提起诉讼，或因其他诉讼，住房公积金管理中心作为抵押权人参与财产分配的;
【2】借款申请人及配偶任一方五年内有违规使用、骗提骗贷住房公积金行为的;
【3】当月躲避贷款或多张贷记卡因相同原因逾期的，视为1期逾期;
【4】其他途径正式借款申请人及配偶任一方存在严重失信行为的，不予贷款等。
综合来看，公积金提取的时候要不要查征信，一是看提取公积金的原因是什么，二是看当地的法规，其实不管要不要提取公积金，亦或者是否需要贷款，公积金缴存职工都应该维护好个人征信，以免影响公积金的贷款和使用。
