2023新农合报销规则如下：

1、报销范围：参保患者在定点医疗机构产生的检查费、化验费、药费、手术费、治疗费、护理费等符合医保报销目录范围内的费用，都是可以申请报销的。

2、报销标准：医保报销采取分段计算、累加报销的方式，同时会设立起付线以及封顶线，起付线以上及封顶线以下的费用，可以按比例进行报销。
