退休独生子女父母多发养老金2023年？（各地区新规）

全国各个地区对于独生子女父母的奖励费是怎样法规的呢？养老金能多多少钱呢？
1.山东
说到独生子女奖励费，不得不提山东这个人口大省。
而山东一直以来也非常重视人口的健康发展，所以山东省的独生子女奖励费，一直以来也是非常高的。
2022年11月1日，山东省公布了新的独生子女奖励方案，那么11月1日以后退休的人则实行新的奖励方案。
先说老方案：
老方案对于独生子女父母在退休时由单位发给一次性独生子女奖励费，金额为本地区在岗职工年平均工资的30%，以青岛市2022年为例：
奖励费为：86919*30%=26078.70元
独生子女父母单方退休能领到2.6万，夫妻双方共计能领到5.2万元。
这个金额，在全国来说也是非常高的，令其他省市地区非常羡慕！
再说新方案：
新方案法规，独生子女父母退休后，发放每月不少于100元的独生子女奖励费。
2.上海市
上海作为我国经济发达的第一城市，在各方面奖励和补贴从来不甘落后的。
上海市的独生子女奖励法规是：
2023年上海退休的独生子女父母，可以领取一次性奖励5000元。
3.北京市
北京作为我国的首都，在独生子女奖励方面待遇非常一般。
根据法规，北京市的独生子女父母退休时，可以领取一次性奖励1000元。
4.云南省
云南省对于独生子女父母退休的，从批准退休的次月起，每月发放上年度全省平均养老金的5%，作为独生子女奖励费。
根据今年的云南省养老金平均水平，独生子女奖励金每月大概在150元左右。
5.四川省
四川省的独生子女父母，退休时也会多发养老金。
根据法规，四川省的独生子女奖励费与本人的养老保险缴费挂钩。
每缴费满一年，加发本人指数化月平均缴费工资的0.1%。
以一个人的平均指数化缴费工资3000元为例，缴费15年，大概可以领到每月45元的独生子女奖励费。
如果平均指数化缴费工资达到15000，缴费40年，则每月能领到的独生子女奖励费高达600元。
